OOHHHHH I will have to try these next…. We have made the pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting 5 times now… Its a hit every time we make them… SO Im sure the cookies will be good too! Enjoy all the great recipes! Its making me try new things! Love it! Thanks Tim!!!

The icing on these was really delicious. You should use the icing on different baked goods as well. The walnuts were also a great addition.

Definitely the most uniquely flavored and textured cookies I’ve ever tasted (cake-y cookies!) but as always tasted amazing. I don’t like nuts so the walnuts were kind of a “meh” but the cookie with the combination of the sweet icing was wonderful(:
